Senator Dave Cox had a distinguished career as an elected official on the local and state levels. He was famous for his recognition of those who “stepped up” to serve their community. 

SacCountyGOP is proud to have his wife Maggie serve as a sponsor of the Senator Dave Cox Republican Volunteer of the Year Award as we honor those who go the extra mile to volunteer for the SacCountyGOP.

Congratulations to our two winners for the 2019 Award, Brenda Bennett and Kimberley Kennedy Woods. Both ladies serve on the Central Committee, donate, volunteer, and are great representatives of our Party at community events.
