Jennifer Tarbox believes in the public education system, and has two children currently in FCUSD schools. During the pandemic, she fought to return children to the classroom and was a stabilizing force in a very contentious environment. She has prioritized the need for safe schools and advocates for quality officers on campus that work well with students.

Jen Laret is a businesswoman and parent of children attending FCUSD. She’s been very active in the Rancho Cordova community, receiving the Volunteer of the Year Award by the City for her work. She stepped up to run for school board after seeing declining test scores and deteriorating facilities, and wants to restore needed resources to make sure students can have successful futures.
