Rally to Repeal the Gas & Vehicle Tax!

A wise man once said… WE’RE MAD AND WE’RE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANY MORE!!
That’s how California residents feel now that the Democrat Supermajority passed a NEW tax for gas, diesel, vehicle registration, and…electric vehicles!
This slaps us with a 12.5 cent/gallon gas tax increase, a 20 cent/gallon diesel excise tax increase, increases the annual vehicle registration tax $25-$175, and creates a $100 per year fee on zero emission vehicles. This tax disproportionately impacts low income and middle-class families, will increase the price of goods, and will do nothing to ease congestion or help clean our air! It is a #GasTaxtrophe!
The Sacramento County Republican Party will hold rally’s throughout Sacramento County, a few days after the November 1 taxes take effect. By then, drivers will have realized that prices are up, and they need to know why.

TAKE ACTION!! Rain or Shine…Meet at the SCRP Republican Headquarters at 10am on Saturday, November 4th, to be briefed on the repeal campaigns and to be assigned to rally’s throughout the County. We will be at strategic locations where we can bring attention to the new taxes, and how residents can make it go away!
