Sacramento County has 72 Drop Box locations that must be closed by 8pm on Election night. Some will close earlier if they are located inside a building that closes to the public before 8pm. Republican Observers are needed at each location on Tuesday night to witness the process and make sure voting does not continue and ballots are secured.
