DESCRIPTION:This “Nuts and Bolts Candidate Training” will include Campaign Strategy\, Compliance\, Fundraising\, Communications\, Building a Ground Game\, Coalitions\, and Using Data to Win Elections.\nView the Detailed Training Schedule \nCandidates running in the June election for statewide\, congressional\, legislative\, county offices\, Superior Court judge\, County Board of Education\, and Twin Rivers School District\, may pick up their signature-in-lieu documents at Sacramento County Elections on January 3rd (Jan. 4 for County Supervisor). This allows the candidate to collect signatures to eliminate or reduce the filing fee. There is no filing fee to run for school district trustee. They have until February 9 to hand in signatures. The nomination period\, when all signed documents must be received\, runs from February 14 – March 11. If no incumbent is running\, the time is extended to March 16.
