DESCRIPTION:Gather with friends and cheer for President Trump!\nSacCountyGOP is hosting a Debate Watch Party & Potluck! \nBring your favorite dish to share and an adult beverage if you want more than water or soda. \nOur room is at capacity! \nWe look forward to seeing everyone who RSVP’d on Thursday! \nPlease arrive by 5:30pm – Debate starts at 6pm\n\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				As reported in the Epoch Times: \nCNN has announced new details of its finalized rules for the first presidential debate of the 2024 election cycle. \nThe network revealed on June 15 that the debate will last 90 minutes and will include two commercial breaks\, during which the candidates will not be able to interact with their respective campaign staff. \nNo pre-written notes or props will be allowed\, but the candidates will have a pen and paper so they can take notes during the debate. \nThe candidates will appear at a uniform podium\, with a coin flip to determine their podium positions. \nThere will be no studio audience for the debate\, which will be held in Atlanta on June 27. \nThe debate will be moderated by CNN’s Jake Tapper and Dana Bash. \nCNN also said that a condition for participation in the debate is that the candidates must obtain at least 15 percent in four separate national polls from a list provided by the network\, and that they must appear on a sufficient number of state ballots to be able to reach the 270 electoral vote threshold needed for a candidate to win the race for the White House. \nThe network said it’s “not impossible” for independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to meet these conditions.

DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, November 5th is the last day voters may mail their ballot or vote in person!  \nWe don’t recommend voters wait till Election Day for these reasons: \n\nIf something goes wrong with your schedule that day\, you might not have time to vote.\nIf you don’t realize there is something wrong with your voter registration or ballot\, you will have to wait in long lines at a Vote Center to get it straightened out.\nThe Republican Party will need to use valuable resources to bug you about submitting your ballot.\nWhen we see turnout data in a district that is going well\, we can switch to other districts to improve turnout.\n\nVOTER ALERT! SacCountyGOP Headquarters (9851 Horn Road\, Ste. 100\, Sacramento) is the place to drop off your completed ballot if you aren’t comfortable using snail mail or a County voting location. We will hand-deliver your ballot inside the Sacramento County Elections Office by the next business day! The deadline on Election Day to bring us your ballot will be 5pm. After that\, you must go to a Vote Center or Drop Box. Don’t put your ballot in a USPS mailbox after the posted collection time!!
